There was no C64 music compo, it was oldskool mixed music compo ;) Same goes for 4K intro (though there's no mixed 4k intro category on CSDb)

We released the game "The Adventures of Jim Slim in Dragonland" (aka "Jim Slim") on Revision and handed in a demo version for it to the game compo, as suggested by one of the organizers. The game was then disqualified from the compo as it was defined as "commercial". The same fate went down for Katakis 2 (PC version, from Trenz, AEG and Siebold - for a PC game it looks really good!). Both games were not shown in or outside the compos, which I think is a pity, but I can also understand it.
To prove them right let's have a very commercial statement here: if you're interested in buying Jim Slim for the C64, you can do so in the protovision online shop soon.
