Event id #2533 : BCC Party #11

Quick reminder:

* Don't forget to enter via Hertastr 11. There will be a doorbell labeled "Großer Saal" but also stickers that will help you to find the right button.
* Door opening officially Fri at 6 pm, early arrivers can count on some of us being there to let you in about 4 pm. Some kind of welcome/opening speech by orga will be given around 8 pm.
* Competition entries: We prefer executable .PRG/.D64 files. SID files should normally be no problem at all. If you don't have an own player, they will be played with PlayIt64. If you're a graphician and have only raw data done with some tool and need help, it would be great to contact me early, as coding a quick and dirty displaying code for multicolor or HiRes piccies has never been a problem. But it really makes things easier if you find ways to do an executable .prg on your own.
* Other system than C64 releases. C128 won't be a problem, if you really want to show something done on any other 8 or 16 bit systems, please make sure you bring the hardware or contact us as early as you can.
* Deadline for remote entries: Fri, 24th of Feb 12:00 high noon CEST, mail them to to ryker@freenet.de
* Deadline for live competitors is Sat, 25th of Feb, 6 pm at TheRyk's desk, you may pass me Disks, USB Stick, SD-Cards, mail your stuff, whatever, as long as you don't print out your demo code on paper and expect me to type it ;)
* Sat 8 pm the competitions will be shown
* Timetable with rest of party programme will be published here, on forum64 and on our HP soonish[/b].
* Sofa sceners: We talked about live stream in orga team, but I won't make any promises. IF there's gonna be a live stream, we will inform you here and on the other usual places. In case of doubt, you can normally find all the releases 1 or 2 days after the party here on CSDb.
* Registration is not obligatory but helps if you need a table for own hardware if you plan to bring any.

Competitors, get your releases done, party animals, train your drinking skills ;)

See you in about 2 weeks,
Cheers
Ryk

Another reminder:
About 36 more hours till remote entry deadline ;)
ryker@freenet.de is the address...

Quick info on time table:
Competition show will be Sat night 8 pm as usual. Voting will be done live and calculated Sat night. Might take some hours time till releases are on CSDb, though.

Out of competition releases might(!) be up earlier.

No more news as of now. Keep you posted IF(!) there's stream, my guess is, rather not.

Cheers
Ryk

Dunno about any demo, but the game "Slipstream" presented both for C64 and Plus/4 is a great release.

Sorry for making you wait so long, normally I'm quicker but I don't live in Berlin anymore and on the train home there was no free WiFi in 2nd class, and my webstick had some trouble to get connected ad 240 km/h ;)

Now all should be there, feel free to help adding credits or fixing any mistakes if I made any which have not been reported and fixed yet.

Was a great party one more time, thanks all remote and live competitors, sponsors, donators, helping hands and every single one of you, you know who you are!

Cheers!
Ryk

PS: Also thanks for all the help with cleaning up, this worked really well and fast this year!
