Release id #163718 : TapEx V1.2

Just out of interest, how does one "clean" a TAP?

A more correct term would possibly be "unifying pulse lengths". But looking at a .tap before and after this process graphically it will look clean as opposed to the originating file. In this process, also obvious noisy pulses are removed so that only pulse data relevant to the tape is left.
