Release id #7667 : Fade Away

In the third and last part, TG writes "THIS DEMO SHOULD HAVE BEEN RELEASED AT THE COMMODORE SHOW IN JUNE BUT AS YOU KNOW I HAVE AN HABIT OF NOT FINISHING THINGS". The Commodore Show 1988 was held in June, which implies that this demo must have been released *after* the show - rather than in January 1988 as the entry says.

I will change release date from 1-1988 to 7-1988 (which is a rough guess, but still probably more accurate) =)

While adding the missing sid credits, I noticed the demo part playing the
tell it to my heart cover credits the music to brian/fame (michael hendriks).

HVSC tells me its by holger knippig of fame, not mike (brian).

Who's mistaken ? I'm guessing the demo coder, but it left me wondering.

Tell_It_to_My_Heart_V2.sid at least is signed internally "HOLLY OF F.A.M.E.", no hint inside Tell_It_to_My_Heart.sid, I should do some more research. It's assumed correct in HVSC since it's like that since day 1.
