Well...not sure If this is the right part of the forum to post this, but anyway...

I will start publishing a series of interviews from musicians and people who are still using this mighty SID chip to compose their music...C64 sceners (or not), true artists they create wonders with it !

First interview is with Mariusz Wasilewski (KATOD)...

Cat with lasers playing keyboard? 10/10 :)

PS: you might want to disable the Gameleon theme's "Optional Smooth Scroll Bar". It's broken and doesn't work well at all on a Mac with trackpad.

Thanks! ;] Jellica, I know your 2sids - they're really advanced soundwise and you've already worked out your own great workshop - sometimes it sounds nothing like C64 ;]

Jammer - oh, I agree! Never say never. But, I've just got a lot more to explore at 200hz first!
Might try seeing how well Turrican would sound at 50 one day...

As far as I'm concerned you might as well go the 999hz route and see where that leads. :)

Sebastian Hirsch is a prolific musician and music producer from Germany. The Amiga and the Commodore (SID) are always in his music arsenal, so we thought it was time to get to know him better!

He is not a scener...yet ! ;-)

It's been almost a year (more or less) since I uploaded the last 'SID Adventure' on our homepage @ 'iamretro'. Numerous problems of real life, did not permit me to have the necessary concentration to continue. I believe you're all aware of how life sucks in Greece right now, aren't you?...

Nevertheless, I changed my mind and decided to get back and carry on. This was mainly a nice consequence of some cordial chats with friends, who didn't stop to support or to tease me either! ;-)

Gaetano Chiummo is going to be my first guest for the new series of 'SID Adventures'. His passion for perfection is easily perceived by his audience, right from the very first listening.
If you want to find out more for Gaetano and his work, please pay a visit @ http://www.iamretro.gr/a-sid-adventure-introducing-gaetano-chiu..

Enjoy! ;-)
