3 voices and the brain

I think that 3 channels in making music is the perfect for the brain, thats why we are so fucking nostalgic with this sid music. 3 Channels is perfect, Bass chords and lead.
In modern music, the brain is sorting away the all other shit. So that is left is 3 channels.

i guess thats why all the classic sid composers did their best to make it sound as if its more than 3 channels =)

I tried converting Das wohltemperierte Klavier to SID. That sucked, having only three voices in stead of four.
