Help with turbo tapes

I am dumping a lot of C64 tapes since few years and during that time I have stumbled upon some tapes that I have not been able (so far) to recognize/load.

One of those is this strange kind, it sounds like a typical Turbo 250, but the head adjust gives me 3 stripes instead of two:

What the hell is this thing? Is it some other turbo, or maybe some other system (16?) altogether?

Here is a TAP file:

try "supertape" from input64/heise verlag - it uses 3 pulse lengths at least

As an active tape preserver I have seen this data-structure before and just as Groepaz pointed out it's very possible this 3-pulses data is Supertape and in this case it must be somekind of a modified version, since I tried with the 3 most common version I have and which has been working in the past.
To get to the bottom with this. Where did you get the tape from and what is the origin of the tape?
If you know those aspects, it's a bit more easy to isolate what kind of turbo or back-up system has been used.
Also if you can, it would be awesome if you could sample the whole tape and send it. I am really excited to crack this nut :)
Let's do this mate :)

The pulses in the tap look quite short. Haven't checked if the sync pattern is the same but maybe it's just supertape recorded on a slow tapedeck?

Seems to contain short pulses, medium pulses (always two there are), and then there are long pulses with leading and trailing medium pulses.

S
MM
ML...LM

Pilot consisting of S and MM pulses
Short header which likely contains filename
Trailer consisting of S and MM pulses
Pilot (S&MM) immediately after the trailer without pause
Data
Trailer consisting of S pulses

The analog wave of that tape got inverted at some point.

The file is a regular turbotape file, funnily "ADIDAS FOODBALL" :)

Awesome! Then we came to the same conclusion!
I did some more analysis and noticed the pulses were off.
