Release id #81773 : LZWVL

There was an updated LZWVL 1.01 released around 2011 but it doesn't seem to have made its way to CSDb. Anyone know where it went?

I do vaguely remember there was a discussion about packing ages ago (2011?) with graphs on speed / pack ratio. Around that time WVL might have updated something on his one. But if he says no, then I must have dream the later happening.

ByteBoozer 2 is in the legend but not on the chart. Is it directly under another X? (I don't think it's off-the-chart-bad)
