Problems with my C64 Reloaded

I went to the icomp.de site, but the Support tab only said that it currently wasn't possible to open a support ticket. Hopefully someone here can help or point me in the right direction.

I bought a Reloaded almost 2 years ago and it has been working fine since. It has been collecting dust for a few months, but today I decided to start it only to be presented with the following:

Resetting the Reloaded will show a different amount each time, but always in the 12k-15k range, with the occasional out of memory error:

I tried to re-insert the chips in the ZIF sockets and to press on the other socketed ones in case one had come loose, but everything seemed to sit firmly.

Maybe a RAM chip has gone bad (for whatever reason)? The RAM chips in the Reloaded are 4464-12NL. I had a look at some of the chips I once aquired as part of a larger lot of C64 hardware I bought, and there's a lot of 4464-10NL in there. Would it be safe to try some of those? Or is my problem likely related to something else than the RAM chips?

I gather both of these things are known symptoms of bad RAM from today's googling/prodding of #c-64

(one of my beasties has started giving the out of memory in 0 error)
