Anyone knows the c64 composer?

at 14:05... the track i know it from c64 but i dont know the composer and the name of the track .
I think jeroen tel ... anyone knows if the orginal is from jogeir or from jeroen(btw if he is the composer on c64)

I just searched in hvsc collection hmmm jeroen is not the composer dont find it or iam wrong... i know i heard it on c64 but where???
