Device was formed by Cyrion and some of his friends. It was mostly a small Demogroup releasing a lot of mini Demos but also a crack here and then. The US Headquarter was named "Particles" (www.particles.org) and maintained by Icebreaker. Later on also the "Power Surge" 215-797-3293 got a HQ. The German HQ was "The Cyberdome" which was maintained by Lexi.
