Originally formed as sonix, however about, uhm, a month in I think, KC actually realised that people might get confused with the group Sonix Systems, and so changed the name to Sonic Dreams.
The group itself had some cool people, but overall the entire thing was a mess, and doubly so when KC had to step out and The Falcon tried to lead the crew. I don't think anyone was surprised when it all fell apart... but that's a story for when I'm feeling more verbose!
I did two things of note while I was in SCD, neither of which i had anymore. A 4k demo that I entered into the driven 4k competition in 1998 - containing a bumpmapper, a plasma, and a bumpmapped plasma - and a pc (dos/linux) based c64 painting tool called "teddy painter" - along with three logos, and one fullscreen pic. Again, none of which I have anymore. |
