ILC stands for "I Love Crement" - as written en their demos.

This is probably the group Maci was in before he (founded/moved to ?) Idler Company.
In Macmix No. 1 the filename contains ILC and the scroll says ILC first, but it ends with 'Maci of Cement Crew'.
It also states that Maci of Cement Crew and a certain Cyndi Soft formed Idler Company.

Given the colours of the screen of Tarzan Cry and the fact that he greets the Hungarian group Axon Digital Technics, I think this is also a Hungarian group.
