FOE wasn't disbanded at all. The group wasn't releasing and the members didn't communicate with each other at all.

This group was a merging of two groups: Vortex, and Forces of Evil. After Dream disbanded FOE re-started , but Vortex ceased to exist.

I also recall these members: Kidnice and Ice Cold Kill... Have no clue what their real names are anymore..
