after analyzing the "KAR.II" file I noticed that from one point it's not anymore stuff from Int.Karate2, but another game. The text
RANK:CLASSCANNON FODDER RECRUIT DECKHAND GLADIATOR CENTURION
does not belong to Int.Karate2 but from Protector II, so this can't be in any way working on real HW. it's just a corrupted/cross linked file.

As this version is somehow really corrupt, I've decided to repair it. Please feel free to download the onefiled version with the Gremlins Intro.

I had several tries with this one and figured out that on a real C64 and 1541 II with original os it works (after loading for ages ;o)
