I wish I could remember who exactly, but around this time members of this group and/or The Hood Works would make their way a good distance east and visit us in northern West Virginia. I remember them demonstrating this game to us at an Ohio valley CUG meeting, which were basically swap parties. We were stunned by how well done this was.

TCC, or "The Cool Cats" was a local group that would release "cracks" - basically they would take an ESI/UCF/whoever release, strip the intro off, and add their own intromaker intro with some ridiculous picture of a cat smoking a cigarette. This game rips on them, the premise being that they would provide oral sex in exchange for calling their boards. It's not much more than a hacked version of pac-man with some penis graphics, but entertaining enough.
