Pretty neat demopart, glad to see that you are catching up Knoeki. A little more would have been merrier though. And I guess you would have been able to do the sounds yourself, without hurting the work of Goto 80. :)

Way to go Knoeki! More like this! I agree with radiantx that it seems inspired by Putermans "THIEF" demo, but I wont complain because THIEF is a great demo to be inspired by. One of my alltime personal favourites.

Jackasser: actually that was part of my inspiration ;_)

@RadiantX: Yeah, I can see that! :D It also of course reminds me of the end of A Load of Old Shit. ;D

Very nice idea. Somehow reminds me of this... With a dynamic oscillator this would really have been kicking.

I like it.. Very creative. Would have been cool if you'd been using sprites for the rounded border, because they ought to not follow the flickering.. I think :)

@Jackasser: Good, for a moment there I was worried ;)

@E.S.: I guess he refers to us ancients like myself who started in 2004... ;D

@Fatfrost: who are they?

@knoeki, i think its great that you are learning to code the beloved breadbin, if there was no new coders on this machine we wouldn't see much coming out, as 'the ancients' have nothing new to say...

Please note that Knoeki implemented his very first and very instable VSP! :D I also see FLD and char row repeat trick.

@Knoeki: Tame the wolf (VIC) and become a 1337 coder. ;)

Indeed looks more like a karpotten filmeffect. Humping around on $d011 there ?

E.S.: you are correct. but, this was the 'best' distortion I could achieve without making it too heavy and distorted.

Quite nice bug you generated and a nice feeling, but somehow I think the bug look more like a film-strip than a bad heart-monitor :)

'music' by Goto80.. the tune is a bit fucked though ( which is intentional ). if someone thinks that the credit is incorrect because of this, let me know.
