lovely tune, fits the laidback motions very well. I'm not fond of the sprites, but yes, they are oldschool as hell ;)

n1!

Well, the sourcecode file to that effect is named "fakesplits.asm", so I guess mission accomplished! :)

just tried to catch you attention, yazoo :) I just could edit my text from earlier, but I like failing in public, for sure that is charset and no rastersplit-routine

@yazoo: well. I guess you love it, because it is 100% early oxyron style:
logo - scroll - effect :)

very nice intro, rastersplits are soooo long out of fashion, THAT is oldschool :D

i REALLY love this one. everything is put well together, and it touched the oldschool-fan in me. the music fits perfect (yes, i want to be honest, i am not a big fan of that experimental newschool-stuff - i am more into melodic sound of the 80s and 90s)... i would really like to see more releases like this. to me it doesnt have to be a fullscreen all-border vector all the time to make me happy.

and then the bottom effect came in and I went "YES. YES THAT RIGHT THERE, THAT." And now I wanna go do some futzing with some code and do something with that effect (:
