Ashamed to admit that I've never seen this demo. Awesome! Like everything about it.

Three weeks of holiday, time to catch up and check everything I've missed till now.

Nothing ground-braking by today's standards, but still very entertaining. Some great efforts with style, humor and ...poetry. :) The fonts look great too but maybe a bit hard too read.

Added a missing sid in the list, Metal_Generation_1992.sid, used in the last part, even if the version used here is a shorter version of the one from Backtracking

When I first saw this demo back in 1992 I was simply amazed. I've seen better effects in other demos, but the concept, design and being a true classic demands 10/10. I still watch this quite frequently. I also think this is one of the first trackmos on C64, although definitely not the first one.

Timeless classic... The combination of the text and music gives me shivers... <3 Furthermore I would agree with Jucke.

back then this felt as fresh, as today's hollowman demos. sadly it has aged a lot.

One of my alltime favourite c64 demos and I still love it. King Fisher once told me -"it was me, alfatech, a c64 and a guitar in a apartment.". Poison/Oneway made a charset that was used in it, and I think to this day he is proud of that. And I envy him. RED STORM on the c64. A timeless classic.

"The sun is the same in a relative way but you're older, shorter of breath and one day closer to death." ...i just love that sentence which, by the way, originally comes from "Dark Side of The Moon" album by Pink Floyd.

Someone told me this demo had a hidden part. Is this true?

Some discussion: "a commie demo". See "Refugee" and you will not longer be in doubt mr Jackass.

Haha! =) Well, that isn't exactly crystal clear without reading the note, or maybe it's a double riddle that I shouldn't belive everything I read and hear, not even that this is a commie demo. =)

JackAsser: Dont be afraid. This is infact an anti-commie demo.. Read the interview with KF in revealed#4 for more info.

I'm not a commie, not even near, but this demos has alot of other qualities that makes it a niner.

Red Storm is probably the best demo ever made on the C-64. Sure, it doesn't have those cool effects Krestology has or top-modern technical things or whatever "modern" sceners think a demo should have.
But does that matter?

Red Storm is entertaining, it has a concept, nice design and everything fits together, the music is brilliant as well.

So - 10 points for this one.
