I like this too. I've seen better use of chars, but the concept and overall realization speaks for itself. Oh, I like how the outlines give the cartoonish feel and prevent clashes at the same time. In the meantime I started a PETSCII with similar theme (lake, trees, house), but it was too hard for me (harder than in my old BASIC days), so thumbs up for actually finalizing this, unlike me mine. Using the little hearts was a wonderful idea.

I was aware of that.. :) lit windows, and even the house, just didn't fit the lake. Removing all the water to Black, and lit Windows was out of the question, with also the moon reflection there in the Water..

yeah moon reflection is far better than in your other entry, strictly speaking you should maybe also see reflection of lit windows, but who cares, nice one
