"Videosystem: NTSC only"

This is a weird one.
The game itself runs perfectly fine on a PAL system (and was in fact first released for PAL, of course).

However, the crack appears to have been deliberately made NTSC-only.

A raster interrupt is set up to trigger on line 311, and when it triggers, it's never acknowledged, resulting in some kind of interrupt livelock*.

Now, why would something like this be released in 2018, and not 1988? =)

* If you wait (warp, really) long enough, eventually it will get out of the loop and run the game, as once in a while some cycles are left in between the interrupt barrage, executing ROM code ($e5a0, "PANIC") to eventually reset all VIC registers and disabling the PAL-trapping interrupt.
