Well I see the bug in the screenshot yes but not on the downloaded intro :-) And correct that bug is because someone hit reset and that fills the 3 bytes at $0800 with zero while they have be to be all $ff. Of course it wasn't me who released it wrong but the one who ripped it from the crack ;-)

Magic man: look at the screenshot, it's caused by byte at $0800 not being $ff but $00, an error made by who linked the intro to that crack. Normally it's $ff so the logo appear correctly surrounded by black background.
