This is not entirely true, Mankeli. Besides the enhanced graphics, there are tons of improvements + bugfixes and new features in the code. Only the ingame music is from the original game, and was mostly incorporated for authenticity (though my version is only somewhat loosely inspired by the original tune. Let's call it a remix). All other music and sounds are original (even in the easter egg part). I guess you're somewhat late to the party since this was a very controversial release, and it was discussed in great deal on other forums :) The original coder is credited on the title screen, which is fair i think? It's no secret that this is a port, made from the code he posted on Github. But you are right about the missing credits for the composer of the ingame tune though. I am kinda sad that we missed that.

This is pretty lame release. It is a graphically enhanced version of Petri Häkkinen's original VIC-20 game. (Only his first name is mentioned on title screen..) Music also covers original by Mikko Kallinen but he's not credited at all.

Fantastic little game, looks, plays and sounds great!

My only (tiny) gripe is that often the exit is in your way and you have to descend before exploring the level fully.

Almost 1000 downloads, and nobody seems to have found the somewhat modest easter egg yet :)

As a longtime fan of Sword of Fargoal, this is a very nice rogue-like. Everything seems to fit in nicely - the 1x1 tile graphics, music, and gameplay.

Went ahead and put up a better set of screenshots to show off the nice production.
