Perc told me when submitting that this was released outside the Plan C label. The hammer and sickle were ripped from Wonderland V by Censor, but he wasn't sure who drew it so I didn't credit anyone when making the release.
In case someone is wondering, I'm not affiliated with them.
None of them have managed to get a CSDB account, so they submit their stuff to me and I add them here. |
