Lemming: I don't get it. I followed your list here exactly, and it works fine. The EF1 I use came from you btw.

[EDIT] It seems to crash as descibed below if using a newer EasyProg than the one bundled with this release (the d64). Using that one you will have no problems. [/EDIT]

Regarding EF-CRT:s and EF1 vs EF3: There is no such thing as an "EF3 problem only", compatibility issues between the two etc. And you both need to get one ;)

EDIT:
Well, as EF1/EF3 compatibility was challenged, I couldn't resist testing this eventually :)

So, I tested this on an EasyFlash3 cartridge, and an EasyFlash1 cartridge after that, the following being what happens on both of them:

1. Select 'reset highscores' when the game begins
2. Start game
3. Score some points so I get to enter a a name for the highscore
4. Game over->Entered my 'initials' ("filled" the available space with random chars from the keyboard) ->Return
5. Observe that the screen/borders flash as the highscore is being saved
6. Reset C64, game/cart starts over
7. Choose [L] from Load/Reset highscores
8. Select (view) "Highscores" from the game's main menu
9. Observe as the C64 crashes with a mostly black screen, some cyan chars which look like leftovers of the highscore table on it

really strange, maybe EF3 related problem only - lets see what the reporter of the bug says :)

It works just fine on real hw here. Tried it on two different EasyFlashs. One back when we released this, and another one today when I read this.
