added SID-file. yeah, title is because after finishing it i had to think of the german "himmelhochjauchzendzutodebetruebt" saying. but as it has a rock'n'roll ending i thought that something refering to bipolar fits better (as i know a few bipolar people and they really can get stuck on a party-trip). concerning myself i decide not to peddle my psychic problems ;-)
