Yep i have come to the conclusion that there is nothing wrong with the game as i have played it to death with no problems.
What's happened is the ladders at the bottom of the screen don't always appear at the bottom of the screen everytime as it is designed that way with the random starting points confusing matters.
I think xidex has thought the same and marked it as bad and made the same mistake as me possibly.
So i have taken the bad marker off unless anybody else is the wiser.

What i meant by exits not appearing is the ladders not appearing sometimes at the bottom of the screen.
The remember crack seems perfect so maybe a bad crack or bug with this ESI version.

Weird it works perfectly all the time now.
10 out of 10.
Maybe emulator based fault.
Wonder if it works perfectly on real hardware.
Did it again after 15 restarts lol on ccs64.
I think its some fault with the random starting points.

Uploaded correct file.
Graphic corruption in game no exits visible.
Sometimes they appear when you keep reloading the game.
An intermittent fault it seems.
