This Tool converts BMP files to charset and tilemap. If you use an 160*200 bmp you can also create a c64 viewer. It does not check color clashes that came from false $D8xx. But you can move the entrys by selecting [+] and [-]. Source code is included.
Only use Images with the wrong(?) aspect ratio of 1 pixel mapped to 1 multicolor pixel and an maximum of 4 colors.
The exported Tilemap and Charset is without the loading address. Ready for Crossdevelopment.
This one uses .NET Framework 2.0, which is not included.
