Scanners revised:
- ByteBoozer: fixed off-by-one end address, now handles versions created by
BB PC 1.1 with option -c (no depack effect) and -e (loader init);
- Exomizer: Now supports also Exomizer 2.0.7 files packed from $0200-ffff,
previously only files starting from $0400 were possible.
Fixed the order of scanners checking, first exomizer is checked, then generic
$0801 packers, else some sysless exomizer file weren't identified as exomizer
but as generic packer.
- LamerBoozer, missing "r" in name fixed =).
- Helmet: print unpacking message in verbose mode.
- Sledgehammer 2.1: now identifies also relocated versions at any $xx0d address.
