I agree with Chris about the ninja with sword, I'd rather use less blue shading which might look a little dull, though, on black background on second thought

The ninja logo is OK!
The ninja with sword looks too unfinished! :( It could be ways better with a little bit more "filling" pattern.
The ninja face is VERY VERY good. I almost fall in love! :) 8/10
