We should really have a reference page/site with all the classic charsets and who made them. Many chars have been used hundreds of times without proper credit. It's time to give the original authors the recognition they rightfully deserve.

It's indeed the 1x1 char, and it's a real classic, used in a bunch of releases. I've never known who made it before tho.
