There is absolutely NOTHING sarcastic about this. I used dots because they looked better that asterisks (the stars on an American flag are 5 pointed not six) so since there wasn't a perfect match I went with what I felt looked better.

Hmh interesting to think about whether it is meant to patriotic or sarcastic and whether full circles instead of stars are a message (bullets?).

But politics, aside, back to arts class: I hope that not all the flags of the world's countries will be sent into the competition :) (I really wonder why this one is not released "out of").

PS: I feel no enmity for the US flag, my low voting reflects the level of difficulty, time and skills it took to make this.
