Summary
Submitted by algorithm on 29 November 2013
Demonstrates the output of my 1bit Step-predicted ADPCM encoder which is an improvement over the previous (which has multiple prediction and more accurate block analysis.
Furthermore sequencing has been added which allow many sample loops to be repeated while decoded in realtime.

Code could be optimised much further (I estimate probably 2fold) but it worked and I left it as it is.
