I used the tool now to optimize some char graphics. It worked as it should and after some parameter tweaking I got excellent results! Both thumbs up for this one, really great work!

Another new module appended to the application which optimizes codebook and LUT data (with various compression options)

Another feature is the feedback semi converted data to source, which can final image output of a higher quality.

Some other additions such as sliding 8x8 extract and mutation optimizations.
