I guess it's Appel... Since this is a bit of a Swedish reference to a radioshow back in the 80's.
The dude goes on forever about a fruit which is round and orange.
Out of the blue the little girl(or was it boy) says, "Bappelsin Bubbjävel!", which means, "Orange ol fart!". The missaying of "orange" is because the old man babbled on and on :)
