hehe yes, i think i know what you mean (quality / skills) - but i really hope i am not too comparable in the end :) i dont want to be archmage, pal, mirage or anyone else :) i just want to be me.

we try to compare things which are not comparable anyways here hehe

ppffff, yazoo is an artist in his own right, does not need to be 'archmage' or anyone else. i like his style like this.

Deev, I can imagine big scary face on the right side, closer to the viewer... really scarry face.. ;-))

Nice one! I can appreciate you being ultra critical of your own work (I'm the same), but it looks pretty finished to me and it's hard to imagine many ways in which it could be significantly improved.

ah, that was your nightshift the last days, beside the charset you made for me ;)
as i told you before: reminds me a bit on the "hexenhäuschen" of "hänsel und gretel" :D

Great picture and I especially like the colors you used for the forest in the background. Not an obvious choice for me, but works so well!

Btw, does anyone else feel there is a big difference between the colors used on the giant screen at X and the ones in this screenshot? This looks bland in comparison, doesn't do the picture justice!

hehe thanks... i did not manage to finish it :) this is some last-minute-try-hard-to-come-up with something picture :-) i had some different plans with it, but ran out of time. so i tried to finish it as fast as i could, as i did want to have an entry for fun... not like x'2012 when i didnt manage to enter the compo.
