For me this is the winner of the competition - good sounds, good arrangement. Thats a style I like, its more unconventional, more music than ´gamesound´-style.

The most important thing for me is not to limit my creativity with 'sid is supposed to sound like this' attitude and to search for new ways of squeezing the shit out of this little but amazing chip :D Cheers!

I'd say sid is more than capable of producing nice drone sounds. Especially 6 stereo channels seem enough to play around a bit, especially if you treat them more like sound layers rather than 'amiga' channels for unique instruments, pay attention to proper sound panning etc. ;) Thanks, much appreciated!

This and Shodan are my personal favourites of the competition entries. The sounds are true sid mastery.

Mace: Are you really speaking of the very sounds or maybe composition/structure? Then I wouldn't be as surprised as now ;)

I like the Alien feeling in this one. The sounds are nice for an ambient touch. Keep on doing it!

This one takes a bit too long for me.
The sounds aren't as interesting as some other tunes in the compo, but it's a proper ambient tune.
