Supporting USB (PCLink) on IDE64 is only a matter of using standard KERNAL calls for file operations. The non-serial specific set of course and without nuking the vector table.

For extra points it could detect and use block read/write ($def4/$def1) for additional speed ;) With a fallback to byte-by-byte operation if not present or supported.

It would have been even more great if you added support for the USB on the IDE64 v4.1 and 4.2 too.
