Having a closer look with WinVice (3.1 64bit and 3.8) you are right, it crashes with READY prompt. On v3.8 there is no chance to type in the trainer screen Y or N, which is strange. But same behave on the initial Beastie Boys crack: Katakis +

There is still a cardridge detection in the game, but that is a different story.

Weird. It worked fine on my real hardware (C64C & 1541-II). Let me check with WinVice.

New upload still crashes to READY blue screen after loading (Rainbow Arts intro should normally start then).
