It does have a manual, the README.txt in the .zip. The I command works like in CCS Mon, not like in AR. I'm not too familiar with I in AR but there is no separate I* currently. No bidir scrolling in basic.
I'm not sure what you mean about supporting disk drives but you can access IEC drive memory with almost all commands in the monitor.

Does it have bidirectional scrolling in basic, and also does the monitor support the I* command. Does it support disk drives? Come with some kind of manual?
