Most relevant changes below: -Visual border: previously the border color was not visible except in the palette. -Introduced the “force color” (hold ctrl) key to help pixel editing in low-color modes. -Introduced shift+j key command for “copy to other page”. -The magnify window tool is more accurate and centres more accurately. -The brush handle is more consistent when rotating and flipping. The manual has been slightly revised and there's a keysheet available from the webpage.
