c1541 doesn't allow you to put data into sectors. Handy for making loaders that you load with B-R and B-E to save upload code. Or if you are making a C128 Autoboot disk.

Command line, usage info in the summary.

Cross platform, but requires Python (either 2 or 3)+NumPy

OS X and most Linuxen have a Python installed already, don't know about Windows (might have to hit up python.org). NumPy should just be a pip install away, or there are binary installers linked from numpy.org

Generates c64 disk images from .prg files and raw blocks. Supports custom interleave per disk or per file, and custom file start track+sector.
