I should know, as I am the moderator in question, and also released a version that flickers on ntsc, before fixing that quickly. This issue was fixed long ago. Why this release, I may ask?

I got the information from a Moderator that our version is not PAL & NTSC compatible as the original, that's why it's marked as 'broken'. Please check yourself.
