@Batman: Interlace or not, when it comes to hires, it's all about hiding the blockiness or using it wisely. This is a poorly converted graphic. At least you should have made some manual corrections after the convertion. Amiga/CPC versions also seems to be converted from the original logo (only mirrored). I'm not a graphician but i can convert this logo directly from the original source and have a better result using Timanthes. This is why c64 sceners (including myself) are not happy with these converted pictures. If we consider this a good C64 product, we can double the CSDb database by tomorrow.

As Batman Group, you are talented guys. Most of us know you from you other platform works and you are always welcome. But releasing converted graphics like this one is not fine with many of us.

Friends, I do not understand the criticisms that I am encountering with the graphics that I am converting from our past of Amiga. You can safely convert to C64, I'm sure, but objectively I do not see them wrong.

Our group formed several friends who are fans of various systems, I use C64 since 1985. I found it interesting to share the graphics that had become the best computer ever created, the Commodore 64.

I have never criticized any work published here, it is more support for all users of our C64. And I defend our demoscene, I'm teaching the demos of C64, which by the way are the best in quality and quantity, everywhere I go, in parties and hangouts.

I accept the criticisms but objectively I do not share them.

Lets hope they do something on the C64. There are some serious kick ass productions on other platforms. Batman Forever on Amstrad (2011) comes to mind.

Does it forecast any Batman demo ports to C64? ;)

I believe it is a quick wirejob, because Batman wanted to have entries here at CSDb, thus getting a page for Batman Group.

Or even just MCI would look a lot better here. This just looks like an ugly wirejob.
