I was unable to install tkinter on windows. btw. if making me reactivate my csdb account and installing python after resisting it for ages is not a success, then i don't know what is :) You apply too high values in ordered dithering modes. If you lower those values down it would look better. Probably adding a slider to control strenght of ordered dithering would be good feature. Python tells you what libraries it is missing when you try to run the program, so you don't need to figure that out yourself.
