The "Infiltrator" mentioned in this one was Joe, a provisional DLoC member who lived across the hall in the dorms from Apprentice. (513/Cincinnati local)

Wherein Darkwind sends a message to The Kinder Crew (no csdb) and Robin Hood of The Hood Works . Prowler is said to currently be a member of Night Shift Rippers . Also mentioned: Shutter Jockey and Dark Lords of Chaos . I havent managed to find a KC and/or TCC release to get them in the db.
