@TheRyk. This is an easy one. The sine table is a bit wrong. Fix it like this:

I gave more than one ;)

But if you want to use this as crack intro (and only then NTSC fix makes much sense), I suggest also fix y pos of bouncing sprites to prevent them from appearing in top border
