I'm not sure who or how to credit this. There are references to a "d. designer" by The Worlds Greatest Importers . The file directory says "by badinc 87". The most obvious evidence of its' lineage though is that it looks like it was used to make the intro for the missing original release of Expedition Amazon , which is included with the intro maker. In fact, it might be more proper to call it Thee Supreme Council intro maker.
