@GT: those might by your rules, but I follow HVSC rules when crediting tunes.
If author B takes author A's tune and edits, remixes, rearranges it, that new tune's author is solely author B, because author A didn't actively made that new version, but we rightfully acknowledge the covered tune by author A in STIL alone.
There are plenty of examples to look at by looking at STIL.txt, by searching "remix of" or "edit of" and the likes.
I can add your comment about it aswell as a personal note about this tune.

The original song data of X-Rated were loaded into the new Comptech X - the X-Ample music editor - and is still the 100% music data structure as of 1993. New music driver routines were developed this year by yours sincerely for X-Ample Architectures. Thomas Detert is credited, so it is, and so it shall be, and so it shall remain.

Removed Detert from credits, if it's a cover of a Detert tune made on another platform, he's not even involved in this sid version, it's even stated at the end of the scroller:
"music [named: x-rated red wine gt remix] by the mighty norwegian force of geir tjelta / maniacs of noise, original composition by thomas detert / x-ample."
