Crossbow is the most enduring character. It would not surprise me if he'd manually screenshotted each an every screen for this.

But what a cool idea! Quite stunning how great the superhires mode looks. And I always loved monitors in demos!

Kind of amazing.
I guess, most of it was done by automation somehow.

Anybody can give any hints? I don't think they made over 200 hires interlaced pictures of their old demo parts :)
